Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage incoming inquiries/leads, and to convert them into confirmed orders/sales.
  • Be Acodez’s point of contact for customers, partners, and prospective clients.
  • Communicate and understand the customer/partner requirements. Discuss the requirements with the technical team. Translate requirements into proposals and send them to customers/partners
  • Discuss proposals with customers/partners and give adequate clarification to them.
  • Follow up on sent proposals, and close deals
  • Manage the confirmed projects in coordination with the technical team and hand over to the customer/partner.
  • Upsell/cross-sell Acodez services/products to the customers/partners.

 

Essential Skillset/s:

Knowledge of website technologies – static sites, dynamic/CMS sites, eCommerce sites, web portals

Qualification:

Any Graduation, BTech / MBA Preferred

Work Experience:

Minimum – 2 , Max – 5
