Responsibilities:

• To be able to face the camera confidently and build an on-air personality that will connect with the viewers and represent them. Act and perform in the video films, ensuring that the final product is engaging and effective. 
• Coordinate with the video editing team to ensure that the final product meets the director’s point of view and adheres to the overall strategy.
• Brainstorming and developing new and innovative ideas for short and long-form videos that will resonate with the target audience.
• Write engaging and effective scripts and screenplays for each video, ensuring that they align with the strategic objective of the specific video. This includes converting information into scenes, settings, and dialogues and sequencing them in a way that tells a compelling story.
• Create detailed storyboards to provide guidance to the team during the production process.
• Track and report on key metrics such as views, engagement, and conversion rates to determine the effectiveness of the videos. Use these metrics to optimize future video content and make data-driven decisions about content strategy.
• Continuously research and experiment with new video formats, styles, and techniques to keep the content fresh and engaging for the audience. Use creative thinking to generate innovative ideas that will differentiate the company from its competitors.

Education:

Any Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:

 The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in video production, preferably in a similar role. With fluency in Malayalam and English, our content uses a mix of both languages. Good experience with Instagram & YouTube.
