Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop & implement effective strategies and provide placement assistance to students
    • Maintain accurate & up to date records of all placement activities
    • Monitor and report on placement metrics and outcomes
    • Help students in upskilling the personality and resume and help them across their placement journey
    • Collecting feedback from companies.
Essential Skillset/s:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, employers, and academic teams.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities to manage placement drives, interviews, and related activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online job portals and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to counsel and guide students on career opportunities, resume preparation, and interview readiness.
