Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing sales strategies: You will be responsible for creating and executing a sales strategy that aligns with the institution’s objectives and targets. The sales head also works closely with other departments, such as marketing and admissions, to ensure that the institute is reaching its target audience and meeting its enrollment goals.
Managing the sales team: You will be responsible for managing the sales team, which includes hiring, training, and motivating team members. You will also be responsible for setting sales targets and monitoring the team’s performance to ensure that they are meeting their goals.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with department heads and faculties at Colleges and Universities for developing and delivering sales presentations and other promotional activities.
Identifying new business opportunities: You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with other organizations or businesses. This includes researching potential opportunities, negotiating deals, and establishing partnerships that will benefit the institution.
Analyzing sales data: You will be responsible for analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. This includes monitoring sales performance, analyzing customer behavior, and tracking competitor activities.
Reporting and presenting sales data: You will be responsible for presenting sales data to senior management and other stakeholders. This includes preparing sales reports, forecasting sales trends, and presenting findings and recommendations to help inform strategic decision-making.
Overall, your main goal as a Sales Head for our Training Institution would be to set and track sales goals, develop sales strategies, manage a team of sales representatives, and help the institute reach its target audience and meet its enrollment goals.
