Virtual reality

Virtual reality (VR) is a technology that creates simulated three-dimensional environments using specialized equipment. This generated stimulation can include sights, sounds, and even sensory elements like touch to create a strong presence. VR technology creates a believable illusion that the user is actually present in the virtual world. Users can interact with virtual objects and environments in real-time, manipulating and influencing the simulation.

VR experiences can also be delivered through special rooms or environments equipped with projectors and other technologies. Most common VR devices consist of a headset with a screen for each eye featuring motion tracking sensors. The developments in VR can revolutionize industries like education, architecture, health care, and social interaction.
