Cache

What is Cache ?

Cache is a stored location of a webpage that a search engine can index. These locations reduce page load and make it accessible to the users. The pages that are stored in cache are called cached pages. It’s beneficial as it can reduce operating costs, optimise the site’s bandwidth usage, and improve page responsiveness.

There are three types of caching in particular that can promise issues found on each of the sides. They are as follows:-

  • Browser caching improves the browser experience and applies to large and complex sites.
  • Site caching identifies the issues in the site’s traffic management/ infrastructure.
  • Server-side caching deals with the server issues like loading and so on.
