Dayparting
What is Dayparting?
Dayparting refers to scheduling ads for specific days or weeks to effectively target the audience and gain reach, ultimately resulting in conversions. Since the “certain” day or week can be different for every advertisement, it is better to consider when to schedule them, considering factors like budget, reach, and so on.
Dayparting is at its peak when advertisements coincide with people’s media consumption. This concept was used earlier for TV and radio stations and is also applicable now for pay-per-click advertising. It can be done by making ads run for prime hours, targeting a specific audience, creating location-based ads and targeting mobile users, etc.
